a large and luxury urban residential project locates in north shenzhen. this project composed of three high-end residential towers and an elementary school. the designers design three vertical zones for each of towers: lower zone for residential function, middle zone for recreational function and upper zone for sky villas. these three zones form a new living types in a high density city such as shenzhen, and combination of the sky villas and recreational facilities will become a new bench mark for the high-end living space in shenzhen.
